Kristi is a seasoned executive, leadership coach and speaker dedicated to helping mid-senior level executives initiate lasting change with confidence to quiet the inner critic and blaze a trail with her signature SPARK Method
With 25+ years working in corporate including 10+ working in management and sales leadership roles, Kristi successfully climbed the corporate ladder from individual contributor to Vice President. In addition to her corporate experience as a leader in packaging and printing, she was a winner of the Women in Wide Format award in 2021. She has been a speaker, panelist and moderator at Women in Manufacturing, DSCOOP Edge St Louis, FuturePrint Tech - Corrugated and Labels Valencia Spain, and FuturePrint Leaders Summit Geneva Switzerland.
